Application

The still forms the foundation of every DYE Distilling System. 

 

We have columns for whiskey, brandy, rum, gin and vodka available. 

 

Alcohol percentage after distilling is 90±6% .

 

Components:still pot,gooseneck cap,distillation column, dephlegmator, condenser, parrot outlet.

Still Pot  Columns

1.Stainless steel/Red Copper insulated steam kettle.

2.Copper dome and helmet for optimal vapor contact.

3.High pressure clean-in-place system throughout.

4.Agitator and drain. 

1.All Copper Column/Stainless Steel Column

2.Fully adjustable bubble plates.

3.Sight Glass, CIP and Themometer at every plate.

4.Stainless Product Condenser

-The agitator makes our still pot ideal for distiliing thick mashes, or on grain without scorching

-We can tailor the height and plate number for your specific application

-Adjustable dephlegmator temperature for reflux control.

-Botanical Basket for making Gin, Schnapps,etc.

Bulk cargo: standard wooden case which can avoid any clash during the sea or air transportation in case of causing damage to the equipment’s surface.
