Instruction and usage : Brewhouse is the equipment for initial process of beer making. You will get cooked mash by using brewhouse.

 

Structure: Usually, there will be a mash/lauter tun, a brew kettle/whirlpool tank, and a hot water tank. But this depends on the size of brewhouse and the batch you want to brew per day. The structure of our brewhouses are custom designed and built to order and to your specific floor plan and brewing process needs.

Lauter whirlpool tun: lauter tun with rakes (frequency control) is on the top, and the whirlpool tun is on the bottom

The mash kettle tun is equipped with an inner heater, and mixer (frequency control)

Platform/skid combines two tanks together

The standard features of this machine include piping/ pumps (frequency control)/ single stage heat exchanger/ wort aeration device/ wort sampling stage/ control box

PLC automatic control (manual control available)

Option configurations: steam condensing pipe / bottom jacket for mash kettle tun / pneumatic valves & button control / two stages heat exchanger
