Instruction and usage : Brewhouse is the equipment for initial process of beer making. You will get cooked mash by using brewhouse.

 

Structure: Usually, there will be a mash/lauter tun, a brew kettle/whirlpool tank, and a hot water tank. But this depends on the size of brewhouse and the batch you want to brew per day. The structure of our brewhouses are custom designed and built to order and to your specific floor plan and brewing process needs.

Lauter tun -- with spend grain out door and racking machine (frequency control)

Kettle tun -- with inner heater

Whirlpool tun

Platform combines the tanks together

The standard configurations include piping/ pumps (frequency control)/ single stage heat exchanger/ wort aeration device/ control box

PLC automatic control (manual control available)

For your option: adjunct cooker/ wort grant/ vapor condensating system/ spindle station/ liquor blending system / grist hydrator/ automated hopping station/ spent grain pre-run tank & conveyor/ kettle tun bottom jacket/ pneumatic valves & button control
